NEW BUSINESS:
REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION:
- A Request for Determination was filed by Jim Camp for property located on Merriam Road (corner of East Princeton Road) for traditional agricultural uses.
AMENDED ORDER OF CONDITIONS:
- A Request for an Amended Order of Conditions filed by DCR for the Wachusett, Mtn. State Parkway Rehabilitation Project (DEP file No. 267-0347).
OLD BUSINESS:
- Agenda item for topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
OTHER BUSINESS:
- Commission Equipment purchases, mail, procedures
- Letter dated April 3, 2012 from DCR regarding 43 Gregory Hill Road.
- Forest Cutting Plan - Jennifer Caswell , Grow Lane, Princeton for 57 acres
- The minutes from the April 17, 2011 meeting will be read and accepted.
The next meeting of the PCC is scheduled for May 15, 2012.
